Setup a folder on your website that has ftp access, each order that your site generates needs to be sent to this folder as XML very simple for a web programmer. Give us temporary access to the folder so we can write the custom import function. The minimum charge is $390.00 includes up to 6 hours of programming and testing. After 6 hours we bill at $65. an hour.

Enter a Bodek and Rhodes or NES product in the order entry, click on the gray button at the right of that line, Bodek or NES's web site will appear at the bottom of the order entry screen. PriceIt will go to that product and show you current pricing and availability.   

History Tab:

See in seconds a history of orders or estimates placed for Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month , Last Month or This Year.

PriceIt Master V9 Key Features & Improvements

   Bodek and Rhodes Web Site in PriceIt:

   Auto Update: No more manually importing, name your old file 1.pit drop it into the PriceIt Master V9 folder then go to the shop setup an click on the auto update button.

   Move Between Mac and PC: you can now move from MAC to PC or PC to MAC by just dropping the MainV9.pit file into the PriceIt Master V9 folder.

   Visual Sales Graphs: Create graphs based on any or all of the following criteria. year, type of job, job or estimate, sales rep and customer.

   Comparison  Graphs: Much like the above graph with the ability to compare any and all of the above criteria. Example you can create a visual sales graph of lets say Screen Printed Jobs Vs. Embroidery jobs for 2007... the possibilities are endless.

   Void Orders:  Keep orders in the system, but Void them out so they don't appear on reports or lists.

   Built in Backup:  Set the path in the shop setup to your back up drive and folder, then at your command or when closing PriceIt a copy of your data will be saved in a date stamped folder.

   Bar Code, Address Label Maker and Envelope Printer: We wrote independent applications to print these sections of the program, you can now set the print setup once and be done with it.

   Visual References: At the top left of the order entry screen see at a glance if the garments have been ordered, checked in, also see if there are  individual names and or numbers.

   Unlimited Job Types: You can now set as many job types as you want, just edit the list in the shop setup.   

   Payments To QuickBooks: PriceIt will now apply the payments that are sent to QB to the original invoice sent, as opposed to auto apply.

   Purchasing Report: If the items on an order are set to "House" as a vendor those items will no longer show up on the purchasing report.
