Master X3 Bravo

   • Ipad Login ( you can now have access to PriceIt on the Ipad. We designed a new order entry interface sized and formatted perfectly for the Ipad so you can now take PriceIt to your customers and update the main system in real time. Also print or email the invoice from the Ipad. How To Do It.

   • Send embroidery files to the floppy drive with one click.

   • Send UPS and Fedex tracking numbers via email to your customers one mouse click.

   • Deposit required warning in the order entry it will also prompt you as to how much of a deposit is required.

Master X3 Alpha

    • Your Customers Login (you can setup your customers with a login name and password, so they can login from the web and check their open orders and see unpaid invoices. Although this will require some setup on your part it I think it will be a great tool for those customers that call all the time asking for an update on their jobs.

   • New Product Report (you can now get a report of products sold in a given date range and or by vendor, style number and color also see a running total of the garment sizes...

   • Task Report

   • Invoice Header (you can now set a secondary image header and swap it in and out with a mouse click.

   • Invoice Header Footer (these fields are no longer global. The images now pull from the shop setup. If you are networking the program and want to change the images you NO LONGER have to kick anyone out or shut down the system. Just change them and you are done.

   • Display Payment History (on the invoice you can now click a button to show the payment history and aging.

   • Lists in the Invoice section (we added a button under each list called "show here", let's say you are on the not paid list, click on the show here button you will now see in the main screen all invoices not paid.

   • Show Jobs Not Done Button in the Invoice

   • Garment Purchasing (when garment are  partially ordered or checked in the t-shirt icons will change to yellow. 

   • Hide / Show Product Cost and Gross Profit Fields (with one click you show / hide these fields, also set a default in the shop setup.

   • Lists are now Sorted by Customer Name

   • Jobs not done List in the Name and Number Section (jobs only show up if the orders have names and numbers indicated.

   • Auto Artwork Compression (on order completion all artwork on the order is automatically compressed into small but usable jpg.

   • Vendor Section Navigator Added  (we added buttons a - z and 0 - 9 "similar to the customer center" click on "b" and a list of all vendors that begin with b will show, click the red button next to the vendor you are interested in you will then be navigated to that vendor.

   • Job Scheduling (fixed a few bugs added a printable view for a day range.

   • Aging Report (now works off each invoice as opposed to what was set in the shop setup.

   • Sales Graphs (when generating a sale graph you can now set the data to work off the job creation date or the job completion date. 

   • Email Body Text (you can now set a default message when emailing an invoice or estimate in the shop setup.

  • Return Envelope Address (now has it's own field in the shop setup as opposed to pulling from the ups / fedex address fields.

 • Product Data Update Automation. THIS IS A MAJOR TIME SAVING FUNCTION with just a couple of mouse clicks, you will now be able to get a list of all the current garment distributors that we have available and apply only the updates that you want. (this is only available to current subscribers)

• Brand New Color Scheme. the new color combinations that we chose now make the program a lot more easier on the eyes.

• Credit Card Security. if you are storing cc data, only the last 4 numbers are displayed.

• Payments Report. you can how see at a glance how much cash sales you did in a given period of time... and or by a certain customer.

• UPS Shipment Report. see who you shipped to over a period of time and or by customer.

• Sales Rep. the sales rep section now has three tabs added, the first tab shows a list of all customers under the sales rep. The second tab shows a list of all orders by a given date range, and the third tab shows a list of all estimates by a given date range.

• Job Completed and History List Tabs. no more filter button just enter in the start and end dates.

• Customer Center. in the customer center you can now see a list of customers that begin with not just A-Z but 0-9, let's say you want to find the customer "99 restaurant" just click on the 9 button, you will then get a list of customers that begin with 9, click on the red button on the customer you want, you will then be navigated to that customer.

• Customers Inactive. in the customer center you can now set customers status to active or inactive, inactive customers will not appear in the drop down list when assigning the customers to the orders.

  • All New Task Manager. with a drag and drop interface, switch between a day... week view or the month calendar. Also when a tasked is entered in the order entry on the Task tab the Task Manager is automatically updated.

 • City and State Auto Fill. anywhere in the program that has an address just enter in the zip code and the city and state fields will be automatically filled in.

 • Discount Field. each line in the order entry now has a discount field set as a percentage off.

 • Bump Up Product Cost. you can how increases or decrease your cost of the blank goods by a dollar amount and or a percentage globally in the product setup.

 • Change Sales Tax Globally. in the customer center you can now search for customers with a certain tax amount, then change them all with a couple of mouse clicks.

 • Payments To QuckiBooks. PriceIt will how send payments to a specified account in QuickBooks as opposed to the default account.

 • Added More Product Vendors to the Web Portals. now works with Augusta, Imprints, SanMar, Alpha, NES, Bodek, Broder.

• Bug Fixed. when the pricing is frozen and the round up is on, the round up function now works.

• PO Footer. the PO footer is no longer global and can be changed on each PO.

• PO Line Jump To. each line on a PO now has a green button, when pressed you will be taken to the garment purchasing section for that information.

• Cost Each Fields. the cost each fields in the order entry have been stretched to now be able to display 9999.99

• QuickBooks. PriceIt order numbers are now sent to QuickBooks memo field.

V10.5 Delta April 21, 2010

   • Purchase Orders Change PO Number, Change PO Number sequence, Ship To Address now pulls from the Drop Ship table.

   • Sending Data To PO'S I added error handling to insure you have vendor's assigned and setup for each line before data can be sent.

   • PO'S and Drop Ship Address When sending data to Purchase Orders, the program will now detect if you have a Drop Ship address on the order and will pass that address to the PO, opposed to the default address in the shop setup.

   • Inventory You can now pull from Inventory on each line in the Garment Purchasing section.

   • Drop Ship Address Can now be set in the Order Entry on the customer info tab. You can also push the Ship To Address to the Drop Ship.

   • Round Up Default This has been moved from the Shop Setup to the the Pricing Grids.

  • Choose Between The New Purchase Orders or the Old Fax Form, option is set in the shop setup.

   • Higher Level Password With this new password, you can make changes to most of the program. This is used primarily for changing the color scheme. Sorry No access is allowed to the scripts or define fields.

   • Bug Fixed Sending payments to QB, in certain conditions PriceIt would prompt back saying payments successfully sent (in fact they were not)

   • Bug Fixed On MAC's in the Purchase Orders, changing the vendor now works correctley.

   • Remote Tech Support (MAC & PC) At your command we can now login to your system, do updates or training, with just a couple of mouse clicks.

   • The Other Size Column (this is huge) Each line in the order entry under the other size column can now have it's own label, what this means is you can now indicate XS, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL or whatever size you want. (see screen shot)

   • Image Compression This operation converts images stored in PriceIt to small but good quality low-res JPG files.
 

   • Credit Cards You can now void a credit card transaction, data sent to Authorize.net now includes address data and will email a confirmation.

   • Remote Tech Support (PC) At your command we can now login to your system, do updates or training, with just a couple of mouse clicks.

  • Calculation Speed Orders now calculate in about 2 second on most computers. (mine less then 1)

V10.5 Bravo

   • QuickBooks Integration PriceIt will now recreate the invoice in QB using QB default invoice.

  New customers transferred to QB from PriceIt will now be tagged as tax or non tax depending on there status in PriceIt.

  Resolved the potential double tax issue in QB.

  Fixed the Discount issue not sending to QB correctly.

   • Other Changes On Windows the Auto Centering now centers the entire application, as opposed to just the data window.
 

V10.5 Alpha

     • Purchase Orders from the garment purchasing section you can transfer products needed to open purchases orders.

     • Inventory Control pull product from house inventory.

     • Artwork Approval with Templates artwork can now be displayed with garment backgrounds add your own or edit our templates.

     • Embedded Pricing Grids in the product setup section you can now assign a pricing matrix to a product, this is great for stuff like ad specialties, banners...

     • Remove Function each line in the order entry has a check box, when checked the line will be removed from the orders price break points.

     • Custom XML Import we are now offering custom XML import from your web site, call for details.

    Since no one really wants to call for details, here are some details. Setup a folder on your website that has ftp access, each order that your site generates needs to be sent to this folder as XML very simple for a web programmer. Give us temporary access to the folder so we can write the custom import function. The minimum charge is $390.00 includes up to 6 hours of programming and testing. After 6 hours we bill at $65. an hour.
