How to apply Vendor Updates
PriceIt’s subscription also provides vendor pricing and information from AlphBroder, S&S Activewear, SanMar, and Augusta. This data is updated periodically and you must apply these updates for them to be available to you. We announce vendor updates via PriceIt Alerts, Facebook User’s Group, as well as on our business Facebook page. If you have not joined or liked our page we recommend doing so.
From the Order Entry screen click on the [Shortcuts] button
Next, select [Products]
Next, select [Check for Vendor Updates]
Next, select [Apply Update]
When your PriceIt is done applying updates a date will appear here.
That’s it! You’re done updating your vendor data.
Has there been a price increase since our last update release?
See below to learn how to apply an up-to-the-minute pricing product update on an individual product.
From the Order Entry Screen click [Shortcuts]
To update colors AND pricing click [Update This Product]
To update pricing only click [Update Pricing]
That’s it! Your pricing is now updated to the minute.
[Update] buttons not working? Make sure you have your vendor account login info entered into PriceIt.

Click the [Vendor] link
Now fill out the information circled including Vendor Name, Account Number, Log In, and Password
Your [Update] buttons should now work!
